10-29-2007:     In an appeal filed and litigated by Rocco C. Cipparone, Jr. on behalf of our client, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in a published precedential opinion has overturned 12 counts of conviction of federal payroll tax evasion.  The case is United States v.
