Cipparone, Jr. founded the firm in 1992, after having worked as a federal prosecutor, and since then we have continued tirelessly to assert, to protect and to defend the rights of all of our clients.  The firm has represented clients in a significant number of federal criminal defense, state criminal defense, and civil cases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and also nationally in federal criminal defense matters in other jurisdictions, including Michigan, North Carolina, and New York.  Rocco Cipparone has handled some of the most complex, high profile federal criminal cases in New Jersey.

The firm maintains a statewide criminal defense and civil litigation practice in New Jersey (including but not limited to Camden County, Gloucester County, Burlington County, Atlantic County, Cape May County, and others) and Pennsylvania (including Philadelphia County, Bucks County, Montgomery County and others).

We are committed to representing the rights and interests not just of those who can afford our services in criminal cases, but also to providing quality representation to those who cannot, through our participation in the Criminal Justice Act Program in federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  We have participated continuously in the program since the firm was founded.  The CJA program provides high quality legal services -- through a panel selection process which requires that attorneys meet stringent standards of knowledge, training, skill and experience to be qualified to handle even the most complex federal criminal matters -- for indigent persons accused of federal crimes.
