Cipparone, Jr. appeared as an invited guest on The Dom Giordano Radio Talk Show on The Big Talker 1210 AM Philadelphia to provide expert legal analysis and commentary as a defense attorney and former federal prosecutor regarding the breaking news investigation of CBS 3 Philadelphia TV News anchor Larry Mendte concerning alleged access to the private e-mail account of former news co-anchor Alicia Lane.  Rocco Cipparone also was quoted in the June 3, 2008 Philadelphia Inquirer article regarding the investigation.
